Where is my package

I have not received anything from you but my bank says it was delivered. When I track it your site does not show it was delivered. My tracking number is UP213702643CN.

It's not delivered. It's in the US since Dec 1. USPS is in charge of delivering it to you. You'd better contact USPS to check it.
