Where is my package?

Processed at BEIJING EMS station on October 19, 2018 with no update since then. Please let me know what has happened to it. Thank you.

Hi JSherman,

There is no update when it left China and on the way to the destination country. Your package left China on October 19 and is still on the way to the US now. It's sent by EMS and should have reached. You'd better contact the sender to give you a solution if you couldn't get it in time.

Tracking parcel from Russia #CB037493635RU,
The parcel was sent to China on the 17th of November and arrived to Beijing on the 28th, but now it's been 3 weeks already and I still haven't received it yet (though I'm in Beijing too). The tracking status hasn't been updated since then. Is it possible somehow to receive the parcel directly at the main post office or at least to know what has happened to it?
