Where is my package

I ordered through Amazon. My package left your China Post address on January 30, 2025, with tracking number AT632620996CN.
And I still don't have the package and no tracking information.
Can you help me?

Hi CK DISTRIBUTION,

There is no tracking information for it at present. Possible reason is the sender just gave you a tracking number but hasn't shipped it.

You'd better contact the seller to confirm for the reason.
