where is my package

My package is stuck on the status 航空公司启运 - “the airline departs” for longer than usual. I’m just curious of the status of my package, and if it is still moving. Could it be that the tracking just hasn’t updated properly? Or is my package stuck in transit. Thank you!!

Hi Dreyculb,

How long does it stuck? In normal, there will be update after 7-15 days after the status of'the airline departs'. You'd better wait for more days to get update.
