Where is my package

My package said it was delivered on the 16th of January at 5am. The US post offices don't even deliver at the time. The tracking number is XCSU001370037BO. Where is my package at. I called my local post office where it says it was delivered and they dnt have it and asked for a US tracking number which the seller only provides the 1 I listed. So where and how do I get what I pass for
