I did not receive my package and the information that I saw onthe website was delivered. So, where is it?

Hello, my tracking number is: AT552661820CN and UT538130865TW

It is marked as delivered, but Deutsche Post cannot find a shipment with this number and it was not delivered to me either.

Hi Fernanda,

If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. Only the seller can require the courier to do a formal trace investigation. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
