Where is my package?

I find the service very slow and especially abnormal that my package is still in the China region when it has been several days or even more than a week since I purchased this item. Could you please give me a follow-up and tell me when it should arrive? According to the Amazon website, where I bought my item, should I receive the item at the latest Today, which will probably not be the case because it is still in Shenzhen And only at the departure stage from this place… It doesn't make any sense.
