Where is my package?

It says delivered and I do not have it. Who was the delivering service? FedEx? UPS? Was the tracking number updated when it got to the US? Can I please get some answers? The seller isn't responding and I want to know where my package is.

Hi Missing Package,

It's shipped by JX Expresses. Tracking information shows it was delivered on October 24. If you don't receive it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and require the seller to contact the courier to check it for you.
