Where is my package

My package number is CI659025397DE, it arrived China at Aug, but still i have not received it, can you help to check where is it now and when can i receive it? I could not see these info from the tracking.

It's not normal that it arrived in China on Aug. 3 and you still don't receive it. You need to call China Post service number 11183 (then 8 for English service) to ask what happened to it. If the English service is not available, you'd better ask a Chinese friend help to call 11183.
