Where is my package?

Hello,
I have a shipment (LB6010122604911) that has been saying "Shipment arrived in Canada and will be presented for customs review" for 9 days. I contacted the seller and they haven't said anything. What is going on here? Should I refund my order?

Hi JJ,

I suggest you wait for more days to see. If it's stuck for over 20 days, it's not normal. Then, contact the seller to refund you in time.
