Where is my package?

I ordered two parcels in march to Mexico and they haven't been updated since. The tracking numbers are EB811211665CN and EB811209975CN. Please help me to find out if they got stuck in customs or if they're in transit to destination.

Hi albertorobledo85,

They are not normal. You need to require the seller to open a case to China Post to investigate what happen to them. They may be lost or delayed due to some reason.

Shoot, thanks, I'll try to get in touch with the seller but it's extremely rare that they've taken this long.
