Where is my package

Hello,
My parcel has been delivered but nothing has arrived.

I have tried in vain to contact the shop, there is no longer a website, no support and all my emails come back.

How can it be that you can track a parcel online but no one has ever seen it on site?
The post office doesn't know anything, there hasn't been a large parcel sent or processed by Chinapost in the distribution centre in the last few weeks.
What can I do now?

Please give me the consignment number with which the parcel was labelled within Germany and please also let me know to whom and where the parcel was delivered.
