Where is my package??

This parcel was bought in the 17 of October 2022 and has been stuck in the status of "Processed through facility. We have received notice that the originating post is preparing to dispatch this mail piece" since October 18 2022. So my question is where is my package at??

Hi Small toad,

It's not normal for a package that couldn't be delivered in three months. It may be lost. You need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution from the seller as soon as possible.
