MY PACKAGE HAS BEEN SAYING OUT FOR DELIVERY SINCE MAY 5TH AND HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED I TALKED WITH POST OFFICE THEY DONT EVEN HAVE THE PACKAGE AND IS SAYING ITS NOT EVEN IN THE US . I DONT EVEN HAVE A ETA . WHERE IS MY PACKAGE ?

Hi TD,

You need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in the US. Then, use the number to check with USPS about the address they delivered to. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
