I think the seller should have got the notice of paying some tax to get it. Could you contact the seller to let him get it? If he don't want to get it, it may be returned back after one or two weeks.

What's in the package? What's the value for it?
In most cases, if it's at Guangzhou processing center for several days, it means it's stuck there and waits for the recipient to pay the tax or apply to the customs for clearance. The recipient should have got a call and know how to get it. You'd better contact the sender in China to ask. Or let him call China Post service number 11183 to ask what to do with this.
