Hi, Could you please help me locate my package?
Tracking still said Departure from Regional Sorting Center
BEIJINGCITY Wednesday, March 16, 2022, 01:38 AM and hasn’t arrived yet in my city changchun How can I follow this up? (RR492777151HU) please tell me, where the parcels?

Hi David Olson,

Due to the serious coronavirus situation in Changchun, packages couldn't be delivered to there. So, it's stuck in Beijing now. You'd better wait for more days to see it's delivered.
