Hello, the tracking of the parcel says that the parcel has been shipped with the air company, but I didn't have any news since December 12. Is it possible to know if it arrived in Italy or if it's stuck? The code is LV340440508CN

Hi enzodong,

It's delayed in China. You'd better wait for more days to see it arrives in Italy. It usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in Italy after airline departs. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.
