Where is my package?

The status of my package has not changed since November 28th. That status update says “plane arrived at port”. What does this mean? And when will I receive my package??? Tracking number is LY932773709CN

Hi Meghan,

It's in the middle location now. You need to wait for another 10-20 days to see if it will be reached the US. There will be update when it arrives in the US.
