Hello I had a small parcel sent January 12 2017 from china to USA. Says posted January 12 and then January 13 it said export /customs which is normal to see from other orders I've made. Then on the same day it says item returned from export customs / security. I've never seen that. Items sent usually take around 7-9 days. No change for over a week it is the 23 of Jan now. Any help would be great. Thanks.

When it reaches the destination country, it could show the result. I think it's on the way. It generally takes two months to receive the parcel. So, you can only wait.
