Could you please tell me why my package is taking so long to be delivered and where is it now?
This package is a Christmas present.
This is the email I received about my order.

Hi kellyferguson,

It has been in the US since September 15. It's not normal for it. You'd better contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.
