Where is my Package?

My tracking info shows that the parcel was delivered to Lakeland 8 days ago. We're a small town, so i'm wondering where it may be? It has certainly not turned up at my home. Progress is "Duly Cast"... whatever that means. Please help!

Hi Mark,

"Duly Cast" means it's delivered. If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
