Where is my package?

Good evening,
I’m Lisa Purini and I’m writing from Italy. I have been sent a medium-sized package via China post courier but I haven’t received anything yet. The order was placed on October 11th 2021 with the tracking number EV998633622CN. Can you help me? I don’t really know why it got stuck in China.

Hi Lisa Purini,

It's delayed in Guangzhou. I suggest you wait for another 15 days to see if there is any update. If it's stuck there, you need to contact the seller to give you a solution (refund you or send it again to you) as soon as possible.
