Where is my package?

My package has been stuck in Guangzhou since 19th September. It has been almost a month of no updates! I have checked with Royal Mail and they told me it hasn't arrived in UK yet, so they have no information. My tracking number is LV259961009CN. Why has it been stuck in China for so long?

I have a package coming from China Post with tracking AT015954627CN. When I look up the status of the package it shows delivered on October 13th.
