My package has been shown as having a next stop of Zhengzhou on April 4th... Not a single update since then. Where the heck is my package! The other package I have coming shipped after this one and has made it to the US but this one has had no updates in several months.

Hi Pete,

It usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in the US after it was delivered to air transport. As it has been over two months, it's not normal. You need to contact the seller as soon as possible to get refund.
