Order was placed on June 27, 2019. It has not arrived till this day and the seller wants to keep the money. How can he keep the money when I have not received the package. Its October 23, 2019. Almost 4 months in transit thats completely not acceptable. I want the seller to return the funds. 4 months and it has not arrived to my door step is not acceptable.

Hi Daisy. Here is my tracknig number for a rug I ordered on April 22. LY192232981CN. The last thing I saw while tracking was that it was at Shanghai Air Transport on May 13. That was 49 days ago. Any idea where my rug is?

It's in transit to the US now. It usually takes abuot two or three months for it to reach the US. You'd better wait for more days to get update.
