My parcel (EV978850755CN) has stock out in the section of "send item abroad edi_received" for 3 weeks and there is no change on it's status.
Can you tell me where is my package exactly ?

Hi RamRim66,

It's still stuck in Shanghai now. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If it's stuck there for a long time, you need to contact the seller to give you a solution (refund you or send it again to you) as soon as possible.
