Where is my package ?

Hello! I have a package from China which must arrive at the address:
9520 5th Bay Street
NORFOLK, VA 23518
United States

When I check the tracking number - LY703030748CN its shows the last tracking information from 02 Apr 2021 02:30 Flight Arrival. Today is Apr.22 2021 and the package still not arrived and there is no other tracking information. Can you tell me what happens to the shipment, where it is located and when it is expected to be delivered to the address I said above? Thanks!

e-packet is slow at present. It usually takes about 30-60 days to be delivered for most packages. There will be update when it arrives. You'd better wait for more days to get update.
