where is my package ?

my package seems to be in transit but the tracking is described as "properly cast " - can you please explain what this means or tell me when will my package be delivered this was completed 21/10/21 ?

Hi julie galbraith,

"properly cast " means it's delivered on the day. If you don't receive it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution from the seller as soon as possible.

I have not received my package and the tracking system says it was already delivered

If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
