Our son Eirik Moen Ferstad bought a watch from agkshop in eBay May 19th this year and paid US $ 202,49 to the seller that day. No watch has arrived at his adress Nessveet 44d, 7670 Inderøy, Norway. He only received a plastic strap. He has tracked it but the tracking shows some activity until June 8th and nothing after that.
He is now afraid that it is fraud. Can you help him?
I enclose some of the documents in the case.

It's should be a scam to my experience. He needs to contact the seller to give you a solution as soon as possible. If the seller doesn't reply him, try to contact his bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
