Where is my order, it said it arrived in the destination country( UK) on the 19th of december, bare in mind it’s been shipped for 35 DAYS and i still haven’t received my package, everyday i check and there’s no update and i want to know where my parcel is. My tracking is EB828655067CN

I've been tracking my order for days and the recent update was that it has arrived at HU, destination country. The address which it should be delivered to is in Slovenia, not Hungary. Why is my order stuck at arrived at destination country for a lot of days? It is even crossing the last expected delivery which will be on August 6th. If it is at my country why didn't it start customs processing yet. I have contacted my local post office and they said nothing has arrived yet.

My parcel has “left for destination country.” It has been in transit for 71 days. I had order to products from the same website and one was in transit for 16 days. That one arrived months ago no problem. Am I ever really going to get my second diamond painting. It hasn’t even arrived in destination country yet.
