And I did not order anything. I’d like to know what company this is coming from as they now have my name and address sending me items.

This package is sent from Fuzhou City, Fujian Province of China.

You may order something before and they have your information. It's may be sent wrong or it's just a gift to you by the company.

Another situation is that someone like your friend or relative or family member made the order and send it to you directly as a gift.
