Where is my order?

Please can you tell me where my order is? It has been in ‘transit’ for 40 days now. I have contacted the seller and they said there is no issues and the parcel has cleared UK customs. There has been no update on my tracking since 25th March 2021. Can I please have an update?

Hi olliemalone10,

e-packet is slow at present. Airline departs on March 25. It usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in UK after airline departs. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.
