My order LZ502768196CN is said to be in fuzhou international mail exchange since december 6th now. There have been no other shipping updates since them. Is it on the way to me or is it lost?

Hi Clara,

It's still sutck at Fuzhou International Mail Exchange Station now. If it's stuck thre for a long time, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.
