Where is my order

Hi i tacked my order an parcel and it said it is in Italy and that was its lat update a waiting for carrier to update the tracking information the package has no carrier and i aak the place i ordered it from and they can’t help me and i contacted the people i buy it from and they did not help either how to i get my package delivered to me from Italy and no one want to help me and send the carrier information for the package . The tracking number for the package is UJ525169227CN can someone help me .

Is UJ525169227CN the right tracking number? I couldn't get any tracking information for it. According to the tracking number format, it's sent by a cheap service of China Post. This kind of package usualy takes about 60-90 days to be delivered. You'd better wait for more days to get it.
