Hi,

The package sent from China to New Zealand by China Post air mail usually takes about 10 to 15 days to arrive. RS299175867CN was sent out on Nov. 3. I think you will get it in the next week. Not every package could arrive in the same time. Last time you got it in 1 week this time may takes a longer time.
