The last update I had about my order RV273672467CN was on December 14, 2019. Is my order lost? Why is there no update since then? Is there any problem?

Your package is not normal. It's back to Shenzhen where the seller is located now. You need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and give you a solution as soon as possible.
