Where is my order? We have entered to track my order, I find it in the same place from 3 days.
What is the date of arrival of my order?

Hi Khaoula,

It's normal for a package stay in the same place for 3 days. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If it's sent by China Post air mail, it should be delivered in a month.
