H314W39B294 is not a right tracking number. If you couldn't receive it in time, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.

I ordered a slushie machine, shipped from China, and it took forever for my package to arrive, but when it did, it had a label on it from an address in LA. SURPRISE!!!! it wasnt my slushie machine, it was some silly sunblock sleeves that i didnt order.
