It's sent by SAL which is a slow service of China Post. It usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in Switzerland after it was delivered by airline. You'd better wait for more days to get update.

SAL is means : surface air Lifted . It does not mean SLOW SERVICE. This is only China post interpretation.
if the airline is not transporting the goods within a correct time is because china post has not the control of the process , but the air transport is still whithin the responsability of CHINA POST .
Again China post is penalizing the business in china and giving business to competitors by being so slow and unprofessional .
