where is my letter

How can it be that the letter has left china July 21st and still not arrived?
how long do I have to wait ? I am wating for samples to decide what to buy from chinese companies in china. Your bad service is penalizing them (!) and displaying only positive 5 star feedback is not making the thruth go away , actually this is a typical example of "fake news" or fake informations.

Here the message from Post.ch when I try to track it with your ref. no CP363572921CN: "Please check the shipment number. Only shipments that are already on their way or have been delivered within the last 180 days can be displayed."
It looks like the enveloppe is not even on it's way dispite the information you are supplying ! are you sure that your information are correct ?
