I bought from a item from seller who send me item via china post.. and until today.. over 3 mouths the status of my shipment don't change.

I need your help with that case.

I think my item maybe lost on the shipping..

You can check that to me.
Because on Israel post.. no have any information about that, because the item never arrived from china until today.

Hi liranat,

It usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in Israel after it was handed over to the carrier transport. As it has been over three months, it may be delayed or lost. You need to contact the seller as soon as possible to get a solution.

The system says the item was delivered, but I did receive it!
I want to know where is the package. If it is in some warehouse location in NSW Sydney our local post to collect it.
