Where is my item at the moment?

Hi Admin,
Can you please let me know that where is my package exactly at the moment. Tracking No. is RB041133125SG and status shows Despatched to Overseas on 15/12/2020. It has to be deliver in Pakistan.

It's in Singapore now. It will be transited to Pakistan from Singapore later.

It may take 20-40 days to reach Pakistan if there is no delay.

I wish to know where my item is.
It is listed as delivered, but I did not get it. The last known location I can see through tracking is Berlin. I live in Canada. I sent an email a few days ago and that has not been responded to either.
