My item was dispatched on November 21st, there hasn't been a change in the tracking location since November 25th. What is the estimated delivery date for my item please. The vendor had said up to 25 days from dispatch day. 2 months have come and gone. RH354310794CN

Avg. Arrival Time for package like yours to Canada is 10-60 days. In most cases it could reach within a month.

You'd better open a dispute to the seller to ask your money back if you couldn't get it in the next week.

I track the item through the item number AG932509925CN
The system says the item was delivered, but I did receive it!
I want to know where is the package. If it is in some warehouse location in NSW Sydney our local post to collect it.
I already went to the Local Australia Post Office and the item is not there. They couldn't track the item.
