Where is my item?

I ordered 2 perfume and I check this website everyday to track my parcel but the say that the parcel has been delivered but i have not get them. I think I have been scammed and i also lost the item from amazon at my order history.

Hi KARKI,

If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. Only the seller can require China Post to do a formal trace investigation about where it was dlivered to. If the seller doesn't reply you, you can only try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

I track the item through the item number AG932509925CN
The system says the item was delivered, but I did receive it!
I want to know where is the package. If it is in some warehouse location in NSW Sydney our local post to collect it.
I already went to the Local Australia Post Office and the item is not there. They couldn't track the item.
