It looks like for one week my pack (LV667732825CN) is stuck in the same place.
Could you please provide me with any information?

Hi mia,

It's in transit to Italy now. There will be update after it arrives. You'd better wait for more days to get update. It usually takes 20-40 days to reach after handed over to the carrier for transportation.

The system says the item was delivered, but I did receive it!
I want to know where is the package. If it is in some warehouse location in NSW Sydney our local post to collect it.
