so i was tracking my item today and it says Shipment on the way Returned what’s does that mean and why is it getting returned ???? it said out bound flight departed and inbound flight arrived so where is my jacket now ???
my tracking number is EV996044994CN

It's in transit to UK now. You'd better wait for more days to get update. There will be update when it arrives in UK.

The system says the item was delivered, but I did receive it!
I want to know where is the package. If it is in some warehouse location in NSW Sydney our local post to collect it.
