RS647306510CN has been with China Post for 2 moths. China Post dont reply to any emails. Poor customer service

It's on the way to South Africa during the last month, so there is no update in tracking system.

It has been in your country yesterday. Here is the latest tracking information:

I track the item through the item number AG932509925CN
The system says the item was delivered, but I did receive it!
I want to know where is the package. If it is in some warehouse location in NSW Sydney our local post to collect it.
I already went to the Local Australia Post Office and the item is not there. They couldn't track the item.
