My last tracking notification today parcel is still in China awaiting international departure since 14.05.2020. It has not moved since this date. Can you tell me where is my parcel or should I cancel this purchase if it is lost?

I have contacted the seller and they have informed me my package has not even left Singapore ! , it has been there since May 11th over 3 weeks !,

It's sent by Singapore Post. You need to contact Singapore Post to check why it doesn't move.

It you couldn't get update for over 40 days, you'd better contact the seller to refund you.
