Hi , it has been almost 20 days, where is my documents? Why is it taking so long to ship? Can you check it out? The tracking code is EA623671442CN. i need it urgently.

It was returned back to the seller and the seller has got it on August 21. You need to contact the seller to give you a solution (refund you or send it again to you) as soon as possible.
