Where is my cargo? Will it come?

Can I get information about my package with #UJ741564685CN tracking number. It should have been delivered one month ago. Last time I wrote to you, you replied that it's the cheapest way of shipping and I can't track the package. Ok but, I just want to know where it is and to learn whether it will come or not. As it couldn't be tracked, its trace couldn't be known. If you couldn't receive it in time, you need to contact the seller to give you a solution (refund you or send it again to you) as soon as possible.
